Developing a workable Business Continuity Plan was a must for Dairy Food Safety Victoria. Kevin Fitzgerald from the LMI group provided us with an excellent basis upon which to build our strategy. Each area of the organisation was assessed, encompassing a structure for developing acceptable workarounds and a plan for managing the recovery. This meant that Dairy Food Safety Victoria was able to tailor the Business Continuity Plan to meet the specific requirements of our organisation and the expectations of our stakeholders. Staff were taken through the various stages of business recovery and given assistance to develop comprehensive documentation that will enable further fine tuning as our situation demands. Kevin’s insight and experience were invaluable in Dairy Food Safety Victoria’s transition to adopting a tested and accepted Business Continuity Plan.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

INSURANCE AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT (BCM)

As part of our risk services to clients, we believe our clients need to consider Business Continuity Management based on the DR/BC/Crisis Plan that is compliant with Standards and is therefore correctly assembled, maintained and regularly exercised.

We recently recommended such a system to a major client and were very pleased with the outcome. As part of our overall service, we successfully negotiated significant premium concessions with underwriters. Part of our presentation to underwriters contained details of ContinuityCoach.com, the unique web based BCM system that is simple to operate and is a low cost.

Our concept of risk services we offer to all our clients is better protection for their business along with value for money.

We recommend ContinuityCoach.com for consideration by all organisations. Even if you have a DR or BC Plan it may be worthwhile to benchmark the work you have carried out to identify gaps before they appear after real time accidents.
